I had this phone for only 3 weeks and I live in the U.S. and I had the phone off eBay and as the phone keeps switching off whit a white dot and white or it freez I have to remove the battery to wrk it over and it will still freeze and I do not how to fix it or where I can send someone to get fixed can Helpe me or give me a 1800 number where I can get the phone that would be great thank you very much.
go to Home Panasonic and call the customer service … also check with your phone service like T-Mobile or something else, because they might be able to help ….
