Cell Phone Insurance
Friday, July 1st, 2011What happens when I have reached the maximum number of replacement insurance on my cell phone?
I Cingular and my phone is insured, but I swam in the pool with my cell phone yesterday. I did my best to save him, but it was too late. I think the brattery is fried. Well, this is my third time within 12 months to replace my cell phone … and there are only two substitutions allowed maximum. What can I do now? Do I pay full price w / no discount for a new phone? Should I renew my Contract (God no!)? Can I switch carriers, or make my own plan (FamilyTalk I)? I do not know what to do now! Please help! Thanx!
This is not your battery is fried, the phone itself. I do not really know how things guarantee Cingular works, but normally when that happens, you must either renew, buy a new phone outright price, buy a used phone off someone you know (eBay), or wait a period of time until you can reapply through insurance.
