Is this a good idea to buy a refurbished cell phone?
I was looking at some mobile phones delivered to new on ebay and I was wondering if it would be a safe purchase.
Iv had friends buy refurbished phones off ebay and they say that the phones complaind wher very good and NEVR about them. they were in very good condition too.
