Thus, cell phones should not be allowed in school because they were known to be used for cheating. They also create an unnecessary distraction. With the rise of advanced cell phones, all students can go to Internet research and easily test responses. Many students are texting during class, leading them to miss information vital during a class. If a student forgets to turn the phone into silent mode, and it rings, it causes unnecessary disruption in the classroom. It wastes valuable teaching time by the teacher having to remove the phone.
During school hours, students should be totally focused on each class. Some investigations have been conducted have shown that nowadays many schools have a telephone in each class. If an emergency occurs, people can easily be contacted by phone. If a situation arises and a parent must contact their child, they simply can contact the office and be transferred to the current class of students. It takes less than 30 seconds! If the cell phone of a person leaves, it creates a break because all of a sudden, the teacher must get the phone, put it on the desktop, and most students begin to talk. Back in the day, maybe 20 years ago, there was not even mobile Cell. Many people have experienced this, fine. We're no different, and if people could live without a cell phone before, we certainly can too.
There are now many advanced cell phones that can do more than text messaging. Good example is the first Blackberry with it you can go online anywhere there is cell phone signal, which is almost everywhere now. Going on the Internet poses problems even with cheating. Blackberries now have a full size keyboard, and you can easily go to Google and type the issue. That, in seconds, it gives you the answer. Once again, cheating is so easy on these devices. Blackberry are not out of reach for most consumers, they are now free. Second, Most students take advantage of the advance of mobile phones for example by storing notes about phone for reference during examinations. It now becomes easier and easier to cheat in class, with cell phones.
Cell phones are becoming more advanced. The phones are small, thin and often silent and no wonder it can be quickly accessible and easy to hide. They are almost like mini-computers now. They can create text messages for quick communication. You do not even Needless to say a word via text messaging, because there is no interaction involved, and it is difficult for teachers to catch them. Students tend the text of the other in the classroom and ask questions like "What is the answer to question 2?" You do not have to whisper, or turn around. I saw a lot of text students in class with friends. It disrupts the learning process. These are the people with the most questions at the end of a assignment. They are not listening at all, and the rest of the class must wait for the teacher to explain again.
With nearly of all phones with the ability to take photos or videos of recording, it can become a problem. There are many things you can do with this capability. Students can take photos or videos of other illegal students, including teachers and with the rise of YouTube, and other popular video sharing services, they can easily be uploaded to the web for all to see.
It creates a problem with the students' privacy. It is preferable not to allow mobile phones to school or you find a video of you on all over the web for everyone to see.
As you can see, cell phones cause chaos, cheating and many problems. Messaging text away from the student during school. All they want to do is talk to their friends. Worse yet, it is a device for cheating easier for students. Above that, with the rise of advanced cell phones, and Google, the Internet is a single click. They can find all the answers to the test easily. If parents should contact the student, they can simply call the student, and be easily transferred within 30 seconds. It is not necessary for them to call the student, and to distract the whole class. Just think about it. Back in the day, the end of our generation can not survive without them before and we are also able to do so.
