Yes and no. Phone manufactures to reach "levels" of their phones. While some phones get better reception than others. FI, Nokia is the best for reception. Motorcycles are fashionable. Why bike puts more extras, camra, internet, i-tunes: how ever the booster gives space to the reception. Nokia, big, bulky, basic functions, a large reception. You really get what you pay for. Aviod freebies less than one year.
